Acceptance of terms

By accessing getorly.com or signing up for the Orly waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service description

Orly is a community platform for discovering, sharing, and reviewing local services. In its current phase, the service is limited to waitlist registration. Full features will be available at the official app launch.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering (email, first name, last name). You must not use our services for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt our systems, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, images, and other content on getorly.com are the exclusive property of Orly or its partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Orly is provided “as is” during its pre-launch phase. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service or the accuracy of any information presented. We shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
