By accessing getorly.com, joining the waitlist, or submitting an Orly Field application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service description
Orly is a community platform for discovering, sharing, and reviewing local services. The site currently offers a waitlist and an Orly Field application flow before the full app launch.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and submit only documents that belong to you and that you are authorized to share. You must not use our services unlawfully, disrupt our systems, or impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, text, images, and other content on getorly.com belong to Orly or its partners and are protected by applicable law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Orly is provided “as is” during its pre-launch phase. We do not guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of every item presented. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes relating to their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts.
