Orly (“we”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to getorly.com, Orly Field applications, and the Orly app.

Data we collect

For the waitlist, we collect your email address, first name, and last name. For an Orly Field application, we collect your full name, email, phone number, city and, only if you choose to provide it, an identity photo. In the app, we may collect your location with permission, your contributions, and technical diagnostic data.

Use and legal basis

We use this data to manage the waitlist, review Orly Field applications, contact you, and improve our services. The optional identity photo is processed with your explicit consent to accelerate application review. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing and security

Your data may be processed by technical providers acting on our behalf, including secure hosting and storage providers. Their access is limited to what is necessary to provide their services.

Data retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your application and any associated photo at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. You may also object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent without affecting processing already performed.
